"Refund policy":
Made-to-order means made for you — we can't restock a printed garment, so all sales are final except in these cases:
- Misprint or manufacturing defect
- Damage in transit
- Lost in transit
- We sent the wrong item or size
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at museapparel.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund — your call.
Size exchanges: we can't take back a shirt that was printed for you, but reach out anyway. We'll work with you case by case.
Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly are the customer's responsibility, though we'll always try to help if the carrier can intercept.

We collect only what we need to run the store.
What we collect: your name, email, phone number (if provided), shipping and billing address, and order details. Our store platform also automatically collects standard technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, and cookies to operate and secure the checkout.
Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.
Who we share it with: to make and ship your order, your name, address, and order details go to our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. If you opt in to email updates, your email goes to our email provider (Klaviyo) — and only then. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Marketing: we send new-drop updates only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights: you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us at museapparel.support@gmail.com. California residents: see our "Your Privacy Choices" page for additional rights under state law.
Data retention: we keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete them.
Children: this store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
- Discount codes (including launch code MUSE8) apply to eligible items only, can't be combined unless stated, and may be retired at any time.
- Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
- We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
